Thank you to Mississippi Power for allowing us to be a part of the ribbon-cutting ceremony at Gulfport's Seabee base on July 11th. The base now boasts a new solar energy facility, which now not only produces electricity but also produce a sense of security. With the ribbon cutting signaling a new beginning, the 13,000 solar panels are now generating four megawatts of power, enough to run 450 homes. Tony Smith is the project manager with Mississippi Power. “The energy from the array today is routed off the base onto the Mississippi Power distribution system, and it is feeding our distribution system and that demand currently,” Smith explained. This is just the beginning of a new energy strategy, according to Mississippi Power President Anthony Wilson.

Fourth of July block party in Ocean Springs, complete with a bounce house and exclusive fireworks? Sounds awwwwweesooomee, right!? And it was! We got to set up shop (aka: our 7-station luxury restroom trailer) in the Seaside at East Beach subdivision in Ocean Springs, MS for a 6-hour long 4th of July block party. This subdivision boasted BEAUTIFUL homes that would make anyone's jaw drop. Chris Eaton of Eaton Properties was kind enough to offer us the opportunity to provide our restroom services for their celebration, and we had a blast! Alexis, our friendly restroom attendant, came out to greet guests and open doors for them, as they entered the restrooms.
If anyone is looking for luxury living, check out the beachy views in this subdivision - you will fall in looove!
We absolutely loved venturing west recently for a wedding in Angie, Louisiana! Our bride and client, Morgan Boone, did a great job choosing her venue, complete with tall pine trees galore! Morgan covered SO many details for her June 24th wedding, including a hand-made restroom sign nailed to a tree! Having a sign makes it so much easier for guests to find their way around your wedding, especially if you have so much going on...games, food, photobooth, bar, restrooms, etc. She kept things simple, choosing white for her flowers, which is exactly the colors we included in her fresh flower arrangement for the women's restroom unit. Nothing says light, airy and fresh like a bunch of white flowers. For her earthy venue, white was a great choice!
In the photos, you'll notice a tuxedo gift bag, which I actually hand-made myself! We like to give our brides and grooms a little happy to congratulate them on their nuptials. After all, it's one of the most important days of their lives! We want to make our wedding clients feel extra special, so we got something for Morgan and hubby to enjoy in...guess where....the bathroom! :)
Huge thanks to Morgan for trusting us with her event. We wish you and your new hubby all the best!
