CANCELLATION POLICY
90-DAYS (OR MORE) CANCELLATION NOTICE: 75% of Deposit Returned to Client, plus all additional funds submitted by client toward balance (if applicable), minus $50 processing fee
60-DAYS CANCELLATION NOTICE: 50% of Deposit Returned to Client, plus all additional funds submitted by client toward balance (if applicable), minus $50 processing fee
30-DAYS CANCELLATION NOTICE: 25% of Deposit Returned to Client, plus all additional funds submitted by client toward balance (if applicable), minus $50 processing fee
LESS THAN 30-DAYS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION: No Deposit Returned to Customer, Only Additional Funds submitted by client toward balance (if applicable) will be returned, minus $50 processing fee
 
CHANGE-OF-DATE POLICY
If Client requests to reschedule his or her event date and the request is sent outside of 30 days before the event date, all funds shall be transferable to the new event date, subject to trailer availability. If the request to change the event date is sent within 30 days of the original event date, any deposited funds shall be non-refundable. ​
